Working with Dylan was a giant step towards my becoming a braver, more present, playful actor. Dylan’s presence, vigilance and humour created a secure, vibrant space in which to seek and find connections to characters and their stories. Through his exercises, Dylan guided me through my many fears and doubts to reach beyond what I thought I could. I took so much away from Dylan’s Obstacle workshop. Dylan created such a playful and dynamic atmosphere that I found I could easily make exciting and surprising discoveries in my work. He guided us a whole group whilst also tailoring his guidance to suit our individuals needs and challenges. The space felt supportive but I felt encouraged to be braver and more daring in my work.
